2. Operating hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; you can experience it at the store from 9:00 AM and return it by 5:00 PM. Late returns will incur additional fees.

 

3. Late return fees: Please return the clothing by 5:00 PM on the same day. Returns between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM will incur an extension fee of ¥250 per 10 minutes. For returns between 8:00 PM and 5:00 PM the next day, the extension fee is ¥3,000 (no deposit required for extensions). If you choose to return by mail the next day, an additional ¥3,500 shipping fee will apply.

 

Check-in must be completed by 4:00 PM. If you fail to arrive by this time, it will be considered as voluntary cancellation and any losses incurred will be your responsibility.

 

5. Pregnant women are prohibited from taking photos. The kimono shop does not accommodate pregnant women for in-store experiences. Pregnant women should self-assess. Any consequences or losses arising from not disclosing pregnancy status in advance will be solely borne by the pregnant individual. Please be advised~~~
