Everything was great. We had an airport transfer, everything was organized, we were picked up at the airport, then transferred to a bus and taken straight to our hotel in Halong.
Reviews: Ha Long - Da Nang VIP Sleeper Bus by HK Busline [Official]

I booked a trip from Halong to Da Nang. In reality, I was taken from Halong by limousine to Hanoi. It was full of trash from previous passengers, empty bottles, candy wrappers, etc. From there, I took a car to a bus, and then the bus to Da Nang. The bus was clean, but there was no restroom. After booking, they couldn't tell me the departure time for a long time. On the day of departure, I had to write and ask for a time that the staff didn't know.
Reviews: G8 Hanoi Sapa VIP Cabin Bus
Guest User2026-03-16
The cabin bus was nice. They provide 1 blanket and 1 pillow. The road to Sapa was bumpy and winding, total could be 6-7hours. So, travel with a sleeper bus was an good option. It was spacious for me (160cm), but for taller people (eg. 180cm) it might not possible for you to extend the legs. Good thing also they provide pick up service from hotel.

The sleeper bus was quite comfortable, with reclining seats, massage functions, TV, headphones, chargers, and bottled water. The staff were helpful and provided good recommendations. There was also a shuttle service from the bus stop in Sapa to the hotel.
Reviews: VIP cabin bus round trip between Hanoi-Sabah-HK Open Tour provides
Guest User2026-03-19
We took the HK Open Tour from Hanoi to Sapa on March 16, 2026. We spent a long time choosing and reading reviews. 👉We chose two lower berths. The day before departure, we received a WhatsApp message offering to change the time. We decided that 12:30 was optimal, and it was the right decision. We checked out of the hotel without any problems and drove to our destination. The manager explained everything in detail in an email and sent us a point on the map. The minibus arrived, stopping a couple of times along the way to pick up other tourists. We were at the bus within 30 minutes. 💤 Amenities: We were given bags for our shoes at the entrance. - We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bed, which could be adjusted to two positions: semi-sitting and lying down. Water, a napkin, pillows, and a blanket were provided. I'm 185 cm tall, and the diagonal measurement was very comfortable, and it fit. Window shades, USB/Type-C charging ports, Wi-Fi, headphones, and a massage console. - Buy yourself some fruit and candy, and don't drink too much on the road. Slippers are provided for when you leave. ⛰️They took us to the top of the Sapa, then a minibus arrived and took us to our hotel. Great bus and crew👍
