What a fulfilling day! Starting at 1 PM was perfect, it was so hot during the day! We ate durian together and enjoyed sitting by the sea! The driver even recommended some great restaurants! It is very convenient. You can enter the park by scanning the code quickly. There is a timetable on the screen. The small train can be used to observe animals up close, and the aerial cable car can be used to see the panoramic view from a distance. The overall feeling is still very good. The service staff are also very patient and answer any questions. Boiled water can be replenished at the dining area. It is a very good experience and worth buying.

Choosing a Chinese-speaking guide/driver was excellent. The guide's explanations of Penang and Malaysian culture were superb, helping my family better understand Malaysia's scenery, culture, and geography. They were also familiar with the roads and terrain, the time was well-planned, and the recommended lunch was satisfying. They even helped take group photos. Highly recommend this chartered tour!
