Mr. Luo was very meticulous and patient. He checked our information and explained things we needed to be aware of several times the day before the trip. On the morning of the trip, he arrived at the departure point on time to pick us up. Along the way, he explained the entire trip to us and shared many stories about the Naxi people, which were very helpful, especially for us as foreign tourists. We were also very lucky to see the sunrise over the mountains that day.★

Our driver, Ah Long, drove smoothly and provided enthusiastic service, offering thoughtful guidance at every turn, ensuring a smooth trip. The weather was perfect today; we were able to witness the sunrise over the mountains, and the lake in Blue Moon Valley was incredibly vibrant in the October sunshine. It was a truly beautiful day.★

It was a wonderful travel experience. The driver contacted us a day in advance to confirm the hotel address and arrived at the hotel entrance a few minutes early to wait for us. Along the way, he introduced us to the customs and traditions of the Naxi people and the legends of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Upon arriving at the scenic area, he accompanied us by bus to the cable car station, providing detailed explanations of how to visit Spruce Meadow and Blue Moon Valley, until he escorted us to the cable car ticket gate. On the return trip, knowing we wanted to visit Shuhe Ancient Town, he drove us to the North Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town and explained how to explore it. The service throughout was very attentive and warm.Trip.com picks
