Thank you so much for making it easy to book the tour! Especially now that paying by card is difficult. We paid for everything with a Russian Mir card. The tour guide, Vanya (unfortunately, we didn't remember his Chinese name), was a very good person and guide. It was comfortable and wonderful with him! I won't even say much about the wall itself. You definitely need to see it and feel its scale! It's hard to find the words! Thank you so much to Vpna, the driver, and all the organizers for an unforgettable tour!!!★

We had an amazing experience with our Amy tour guide in China. The trip to the Great Wall and the Summer Palace was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and explained the history in a way that was easy to understand and really interesting. Everything was well organized, and we always felt taken care of. The Great Wall was breathtaking, and the Summer Palace was beautiful and peaceful. The driver contacted us the day before departure to discuss all the details, and arrived at the hotel at 6:15 am sharp, very punctual. The drive was smooth, and he pointed out worthwhile sights along the way. We had tickets for four sections: cable car up, toboggan down, and cable car up and down, which he handled perfectly. He was also waiting for us at the agreed-upon pick-up point well in advance. On the return trip, we visited the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Because we wanted to see the CBD, the driver made a special detour so we could see it from the car, which was very touching, as this wasn't included in the package. Finally, the driver took us to the restaurant as requested, concluding our Great Wall trip perfectly. Overall, the service was excellent, the time management was efficient, the itinerary was very worthwhile, and the value for money was high. Highly recommended!★

Guide: Zhao. He was absolutely amazing. Despite the language barrier he did his best to take us through a bit of China's history (using a translator device). Zhao is an experienced guide. He bought the tickets for us, took us to the most scenic sport of the great wall, met the itinerary and made our tour an enjoyable experience. Itinerary: hotel pick up - Great wall - lunch - Summer Palace - hotel drop off ( 9am - 6pm approx). Notes: Zhao recommended a traditional restaurant where we paid a 90 euros bill. Not saying the food was not worthy but felt the waiter pushed us to order food that ended up being for at least five people (we were 2/ receipt in Chinese/ maths not matching). A bit of honesty would've been much appreciated and instead of spending all that money in food that we couldn't eat, give a tip to Zhao for his great work (not his fault).★

Chris was an excellent driver. He was very helpful and flexible throughout the trip. He accommodated our request to change the hotel, stopped at a restaurant we chose, and on the way back he was also flexible with changing our destination. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
