We did not get a confirmation w/in 24 hrs as advertised, but was very responsive when I messaged them thru WhatsApp. There was jst a minor miscommunication on where our pickup point was. We were waiting at Hanoi domestic airport while they were waiting for us at international, but the other HK bus that was at domestic was happy to help us and drove us to the bus that we were supposed to be on. The bus was really comfortable, clean and just nice for my height. You need to bring USB for movies or music to use on the monitor on the bus. The drive was also very smooth, had a goodnight's sleep since we took the bus at midnight to Sapa.

The driver was good and arrived on time. I booked both the Sapa and Hanoi round trips. The bus has massage seats and Wi-Fi, which is great for anyone who gets motion sickness from long journeys. I recommend choosing a lower deck seat. 🫶🏻 The waiting area for the return bus from Sapa was also very convenient.

It was incredibly comfortable. I went during the New Year, so the price was higher on-site, but thankfully I booked in advance, which made it cheaper and more affordable. The massage therapists were very skilled and the massage was very comfortable. The only downside was the restrooms. They were closed on the third floor, and also on the second floor. I had to go back to the first floor to use them, and then back up to the third floor again – a bit inconvenient, but overall a great experience. My friend also opted for a deep massage, which was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

I went to Vietnam with my family, and thanks to the Fast Track, we were able to get out right away without the kids getting tired. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling with children! The immigration line was super long, but we just zipped right through it! It's seriously the best.

Very convenient service. They contacted me via WhatsApp and explained everything. They reminded me the day before. The driver also specified the car. Everything was clear and convenient. And most importantly, it was fast.
