This was an extremely satisfying chartered tour experience. First, the 15-seater Mercedes was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy, with powerful air conditioning, and they thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water – a huge plus. Second, everyone on the bus was extremely satisfied with our guide, Jack Guo. He was professional, humorous, and attentive, sharing a wealth of information about Australia – culture, economy, politics, tourism, and more – all based on his experience, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the country. Jack Guo also provided very practical tips and advice on avoiding common pitfalls. At attractions, he recommended the optimal routes and order of visits, saving us a lot of queuing time and allowing us to experience more. He was also very responsible in reminding us of tour times and meeting times; no one was late or let us down throughout the day – fantastic! I hope to book another tour with Jack Guo in Sydney and will definitely recommend him to my friends.
Reviews: [Premium Mercedes-Benz route‖Door-to-door pickup||3 cable cars] Blue Mountains National Park 1-day tour

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

We had a great tour with Augustine today. He was very accommodating and helpful. He was on time the whole trip. From the start of the trip, he gave us trivias and facts about Sydney and Blue Mountains. He even picked us again at Echo Point. We also liked the simple snacks and drinks they gave at the start of the tour. Definitely recommending to book this trip.
Reviews: Sydney: Taronga Zoo Entry & Return Ferry from Circular Quay

It was very convenient that we could purchase the zoo entrance tickets and ferry tickets together in advance. There were other ferry companies, but this red ferry had an open upper deck, and we were able to enjoy the view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from the sea while feeling the pleasant breeze, which was fantastic! The zoo was a little hot for families with children, but we were able to take pictures with koalas by booking extra tickets, and we got to see lots of animals, so it was a very satisfying day for the whole family!

We had an amazing time at Taronga Zoo! We spent over 7 hours there, wandering around. Seen all the animals, who look well looked after in clean enclosures. We paid for the Giraffe experience and the guide took about 30 photos with our own iPhone -highly recommend. If you do eat there I suggest you go to the cafe/ restaurant early as by 3pm every thing was almost sold out. Excellent value for money day out .
Reviews: Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour from Ho Chi Minh City | Historical War Relics Tour | Shooting Experience - Smallgroup - Private (Option)

It was a very enjoyable tour from start to finish 😀 The guide spoke almost perfect Japanese, understood most of what I was saying, took lots of photos, and was considerate enough to take me to the restroom at key points. During the car ride, they answered many of my questions about Ho Chi Minh City, understood that my feet were hurting and I could only walk slowly, and didn't rush me at all, making me feel completely at ease. I would definitely take this tour again. Looking forward to seeing you next time! 🥺
