I can't thank Amanda enough. She was punctual with the pickup and her service was impeccable. We were a group of six friends, and one of them wasn't feeling well that day, but Amanda was attentive the whole time and even went to the pharmacy and got him some fantastic medicine. She was professional, very organized, and recommended an amazing restaurant during the tour. Thank you for everything, Amanda!

Our guide, Mr. Wang, did an excellent job arranging the itinerary and lunch, and his explanations were also quite good. The glass bridge and the Grand Canyon were stunning and well worth a visit. The 2-kilometer hike through the canyon wasn't too difficult for us two older folks, but climbing the stone steps from the final dock back up to the surface was absolutely grueling. It's strange that they didn't install an elevator. Also, the transportation was very disappointing. It was a seven-seater vehicle, and we happened to be seven people in total (1 driver + 5 group members + 1 child of the driver). The middle three seats felt too cramped and very uncomfortable. It only improved after the child got off halfway through the journey.

The itinerary was quite flexible. The tour guide called ahead to meet us at the cable car station. We stayed in a guesthouse across the alley from the cable car station, a three-minute walk away. Everyone arrived and we started climbing the mountain. Along the way, we experienced various modes of transportation, including cable car, car, elevator, cable car again, and bus, making it a truly painless climb. The tour guide was a local and very enthusiastic, making it a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Tianmen was magnificent.


