We had a wonderful trip on a cozy boat. The tour took us into Bai Tu Long Bay, which is very peaceful and not yet overrun by tourists. We were able to fully enjoy the stunning landscape and the tranquility. Our guide, Mr. Lucas, was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of interesting information. The entire crew on board was excellent. In addition, we enjoyed an outstanding lunch on board. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of nature away from mass tourism.★

Everything was great. We connected at Phu Quoc Airport, the internet worked perfectly everywhere, and we had enough data for 10 days. We flew home and removed the e-SIM. No issues.★

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.★

Made a mistake of choosing International airport pick up when we actually arrived at domestic from connecting flight from Hanoi. Contacted the customer service to see if it was possible to have it delivered to the hotel and they did. Excellent service! Thank you so much.
