This day trip to Ninh Binh, Hanoi, was truly worthwhile. Taking a boat trip on the Long Bay, gliding through the mountains and water, was both scenic and relaxing. The rocky cliffs and rice paddies along the way were incredibly soothing, and the boat ride itself was fun. Afterwards, we visited the Hoa Ge historical site, where we could feel the depth of Vietnamese history and culture – a wonderful journey combining nature and humanity.

The Ha Long Bay cruise included a sumptuous lunch and kayaking. After enjoying a delicious meal on board and admiring the diverse islands and reefs of Ha Long Bay, we visited Lang Nga Cave, climbing up to enjoy panoramic views of the bay. Near Moon Lake, we transferred to small wooden boats. Because Moon Lake is surrounded by mountains and connected to the sea only by a narrow cave, it can only be accessed by small boat. Moon Lake is a closed bay with 360-degree vertical cliffs. Emerging from the cave and returning to the sea felt like a breathtaking open vista. The sunset was especially beautiful!
