Starting May 1, 2025, visitors entering Thailand must complete an arrival card. Please fill out the arrival card online in advance to ensure smooth customs clearance. Filling it out at the airport will cause significant delays, so remember to complete it beforehand.
2. Before placing an order, carefully select the corresponding option based on your nationality - passport + country of origin. For Myanmar and Cambodia passport holders, please consult first. Additional charges may apply for flights originating from Laos, Cambodia, or Myanmar. For complex situations, you may contact customer support before placing your order.
3. The fast-track service only provides expedited customs clearance to save entry time. If you encounter the situation mentioned in point 4, please proactively inform customer support before departure. Concealing information may result in service failure and non-refundable fees.

If you have any of the following situations: passport or visa issues, dual citizenship, overstaying, visa renewal, frequent entries, visa runs, Southeast Asia travel records with Thailand entry, previous long stays, or penalty records, please inform us in advance and opt for the guaranteed clearance package. 2. Suvarnabhumi Airport Fast Track
After getting off the plane, walk straight ahead to meet at Gate D5 or D6, and stay in touch with us. A dedicated staff member will guide you through the fast track - stamping -- done!

3. Suvarnabhumi Airport
Jetway Sign + Golf Cart + Express Pass
Suvarnabhumi Airport has two terminals (new terminal and old terminal). If your flight arrives at the new terminal, golf carts cannot enter. You will need to walk forward after disembarking, then take the underground subway - use the slide to reach the old terminal where golf carts with signs will pick you up. Please note this before placing your order! You may consult customer support to confirm whether your flight arrives directly at the old terminal or connects via an airport jet bridge.
