I really appreciated the attitude of the front desk staff, and the massage therapists' skills were exceptional. The overall environment was very upscale, making a massage here a truly enjoyable experience. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but you can book a shuttle service in advance, and the staff arrived at Phromphong station on time. From the moment you enter, you'll feel the meticulous service and relaxing atmosphere; the welcome drink and cool towel instantly put you at ease. Before the treatment begins, you fill out a questionnaire to confirm your massage preferences and areas you'd like to focus on or avoid. The therapist then uses professional techniques combined with warm essential oils to address your needs. I opted for an organic coconut oil massage (60 minutes), which was gentler than I expected, deeply relaxing all the muscles and acupoints, soothing my tired body and mind with each press.★

Joining the half-day morning class at Mama Noi Cooking School was such a fun and memorable experience in Chiang Mai! The schedule was well-paced — starting after hotel breakfast and finishing just in time for lunch, which fit perfectly into my day.
The cooking setup was clean, spacious, and very well-organized. The ingredients were fresh, and the recipes easy to follow, with plenty of guidance from the instructors. I especially liked how they explained the background of each dish and gave options to adjust spice levels, so you can cook to your own taste. Highly recommend Mama Noi if you’re looking for a great balance of cooking, culture, and tasty food in Chiang Mai!Trip.com Picks
