It was a great! The captain/tour guide has a great sense of humour. Enjoyed the sunset view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help especially with photo taking.

What an adventure! Not usually a great fan of heights, but never felt a problem. Steph was our guide and only had one other couple with us, so basically a private tour. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and never rushed us. Enjoyed the whole thing! Once in a lifetime experience..

Two adults and one kid eventually are the only people who form the group in this tour. Glad that they consider to arrange the tour in this small group. Tour guide Chen is friendly and with excellent time management. We managed to go to gah gah lookout before dolphin watching. This is an exceptional experience. We managed to see many dolphins during the trip, they are actually get right next to the boat. The koala part would be a nice if you want to fill up your day. The sea and sand view before sand sliding is amazing, quite unique view, it’s like dessert next to the sea. Chen managed to complete the trip at 6pm. We can walk around Central after that.

The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.


