Good experience, very well designed audio guide app that made it easy to follow along with the exhibits. The guides who gave us our tickets were also very helpful in explaining where to go for entry.

The tour was amazing, Silvia is extremely sweet and really attentive really made our experience all the better. At the same time, the tour is scheduled in a way that you have time to see all the most important tourist attractions and also enjoy some great meals. All and all a wonderful experience would 100% recommend.

The guide we were supposed to have was over 20 minutes late. I realize that things happen but if we are told repeatedly to be at the meeting point 15 minutes early then the guides should be as well. We waited patiently for over 20 minutes but when Stefano arrived unapologetically and told us we would wait even longer and then be merged with a later group we indicated that it was not okay. We had paid extra for a small group experience so adding us to the next group was not acceptable. It shouldn't have been necessary anyway - there must have been other issues with other guides too. Anyway, we ended up with Isabella who was wonderful - so pleasant and knowledgeable. We learned so much during the 1.5 hour tour. Other than the initial organization issues, our experience was excellent and I would recommend it.
