Driving through the city of Hanoi in a jeep was exhilarating. The rough roads around the banana plantations were also a fun attraction. All the food served was delicious. My only regret is that I didn't send you any photos they took. Maybe that's because I didn't buy anything at the souvenir shop.

If this is your first visit to Hanoi, book this tour first! Our guide, Neo, picked us up from our hotel right on time. I had a list of places and things I wanted to see and do. Neo made it happen! His English is excellent and he knew where to find ALL of the most amazing spots. He exceeded every expectation. The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.
