For our first trip to Hanoi, you arrived a bit early, before 9 AM. My family was getting tired and we had to change the schedule midway, but you were very flexible in adjusting it. I also appreciated your explanations, which were fluent(?) in your own version of Korean, despite its limitations. My wife loves taking photos, so you kindly took many beautiful shots for her without complaint, no matter what we asked. Thank you also for guiding us to a spa and massage after the tour.★

The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

The best choice for my Hanoi trip! Ha Long Bay was a must-see, so after much deliberation, I chose a private car tour with a Korean-speaking guide. They even sent me a KakaoTalk message confirming our itinerary and accommodations, and arrived early the next morning to wait for me. They answered every question I had on the way to Ha Long Bay. I feel like I've learned a lot about Vietnam thanks to them. They even booked me a brand-new cruise that had only been in operation for a month, and they were always there for me, meticulously guiding me throughout the entire tour, from the lunch buffet to the end. They even drove me to dinner on the way back. It was the best trip ever. Soviet Travel is the best! The team leader who guided me, and the driver who drove me and dropped me off were all fantastic! They spent the whole day with my first and fifth grade children, and we had a comfortable trip thanks to them. Highly recommended!
