I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

Our guide, Alicia, was excellent! The only was with the main office, who forgot to include me on the list for the trip and there was a little shortage of the ear pieces. Overall, it's totally worth it, especially if you are lucky with the guide as we were. It's definitely a good idea to have a city tour prior to you start exploring it in depth. We were there just for a day, and having a tour in the morning helped us to navigate around the city.★

The Murano glass factory has been on my radar for years, and this tour exceeded every expectation. From the top notch transportation and knowledgeable guide to the beautiful glass-blowing demonstration, everything was incredibly well done. The factory shop felt more like a museum… fascinating, engaging, and full of stunning pieces. Great value. Highly recommend.★

Georgia was amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a beautiful day to be in the hills and the wineries we attended were so hospitable and scenic. Very tasty food and Prosecco! My husband and I loved this tour and highly recommend!
