The tour began in an unexpected and interesting way: the guide explained the history of Venice and the fascinating evolution of gondolas, telling anecdotes you won't find in guidebooks. It's clear they love what they do. This introductory part made the tour much more engaging, as you step onto the water knowing what you're seeing. The highlight was, of course, the gondola ride through the famous narrow canals—the atmosphere is magical, silent, and feels like traveling back in time. The gondolier is very knowledgeable and glides through the canals with mastery. Kudos also to the staff: friendly, personable, and never boring. They made the experience light and enjoyable, answering all our questions with the right mix of professionalism and humor. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Venice in the most authentic way.

I purchased a 48-hour pass so I could ride the water bus multiple times. If you scan the QR code at the station, a paper ticket is issued. With that, you can freely ride buses, trams, and vaporettos. It can be difficult to use the machines locally, as some only display Italian. I recommend purchasing yours in advance for a more convenient experience. The pass starts counting from your first ride, so please make sure to adjust the activation time accordingly.

Magnificent! Simply splendid. I'm not used to operas, but I found this one truly magnificent. It has two distinct parts. The first part features instruments (like violins, a clarinet, and a cello) and an opera singer. The second part focuses more on the instruments. Everyone on stage is in costume! The entire performance lasted an hour and a half, with a 10-minute intermission. The theater is beautiful, with its painted ceiling. I highly recommend seeing it if you have the chance!

Fast and convenient. I purchased the ticket online in advance and received a PNR code via email, but I activated it via QR code. Once there, I found a Venezia Unica ticket machine (important: only their machines activate online tickets; other operators don't have this feature), entered the code, and received a paper ticket.
