Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.★

Excessively expensive activity for a mere 30-minute ride... Excellent welcome, but you can take a gondola ride for 90 euros for 4 people for the same price and for much longer... Too many tourist traps in Venice!★

Venice tourism, must have a ticket, otherwise in the Venice alley walk around, very easy to get lost, Trip.com ordering and picking up tickets is also very convenient, when the boat is the most important to find out the number, direction and dock number of the boat, you may wish to ask the sailor when boarding the boat, so as not to take the wrong boat!
