Guide Zhang was knowledgeable, fluent in English, and highly targeted. Her presentations were engaging and engaging, and she engaged the group well, earning widespread praise from the group. The day before our visit, she called twice to confirm the meeting point to prevent any mishaps. As soon as we exited Exit C of Jinyu Hutong subway station, she was waiting for us in a red raincoat, a striking sight. During the tour, she frequently checked on the group to ensure we weren't left behind. Her explanations were very attentive to international visitors, focusing on the cultural and architectural features rather than on anecdotes. With Guide Zhang, our visit to the Forbidden City was truly worthwhile. Thank you to the platform for arranging her.★

It was an amazing experience overall. The guide Susan was amazing . She made sure the whole group met in the location to start the tour. She is quite passionate and knowledgeable. She took good care of the group and her English is quite good. As a group we felt like a family . It was great meeting different people . The tour was quite insightful and makes one just awe at the Chinese culture and history. Definitely worth it! Oh and I booked the trip same day which was a plus on short notice 🥰★

Director Wang's explanations were witty and humorous, recounting the past and present of the Prince Gong's Mansion. He delivered a vivid and engaging history lesson, and the best part was the thoughtfully prepared picture booklet, which helped everyone understand the historical figures more clearly and dispelled many of my misconceptions. In particular, the section on Heshen gave me a completely new perspective on him. Even someone as knowledgeable about history as myself benefited greatly. It was truly a worthwhile trip, and my wife and children also thoroughly enjoyed Director Wang's explanations.★
