Overall handy before a flight. Furniture/seating could do with a refresher. Seats torn near the windows and a bit dirty. No drinks available except tea, coffee and water. The soft drinks dispenser was broken. Staff great, friendly and welcoming. Service was great.

Change tickets in advance, it's almost time to queue up at the pier. What location is arranged in advance, and someone will lead you in. There is a menu to choose from, there is white water, no soft drinks, drinks need to pay extra. The view from the outside deck is very good, and the opera house is 360 degrees.

The tour was advertised as a 1.5 hour tour, but it was actually 2.5 hours. The afternoon tea while cruising was fantastic, the scenery was amazing, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the tea was in tea bags. Other than that, it was fantastic. Highly recommended.


