He was very dedicated, polite, educated, and responsible, providing us with a wealth of information throughout our journey. The tour was truly enjoyable and not to be missed! On my first trip to Hanoi, the host arrived a little early, just before 9 a.m. My family was tired and had to change our itinerary mid-tour, but the host was very flexible and helpful. Even though my Korean wasn't up to par, the host's fluent(?) explanations were very helpful. My wife loves taking photos, so the host took many beautiful pictures without complaint, even when I asked for help. After the tour, he even guided me to the spa and massage, which I'm very grateful for.★

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

The tour was well organized. We were given all the necessary information the day before about the meeting place and time, picked up on time and very close to the hotel. The sights were beautiful, the boat ride was very interesting and comfortable, and the entire route was very scenic. The lunch was good; you could find something to eat, but don't expect much (we were informed of this). The guide and driver were very nice and friendly. Thank you so much! ❤️★

The cabin was excellent, the boat was stable and didn't rock much. It was a fantastic first experience sleeping on a boat. The air conditioning in the room was wonderfully cool; I set it to 16 degrees Celsius and slept comfortably. The blankets and bed were also great. I'll definitely bring my family back again if I have the chance. (The food was delicious, exceeding all expectations!)
