Reviews: Combo 120' for body massage and nourishing shampoo
Guest User2026-03-10
It was incredibly comfortable. I went during the New Year, so the price was higher on-site, but thankfully I booked in advance, which made it cheaper and more affordable. The massage therapists were very skilled and the massage was very comfortable. The only downside was the restrooms. They were closed on the third floor, and also on the second floor. I had to go back to the first floor to use them, and then back up to the third floor again – a bit inconvenient, but overall a great experience. My friend also opted for a deep massage, which was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Very nice experience, the best part is to make samples of different combinations.
Reviews: Vietnamese Cooking Class & Market Tour – Free Pick-Up, Unlimited Wine & Recipe Book Included

The chef was wonderful. Their selection process, smiles, and clear, easy-to-understand explanations and teaching style were all excellent. There were 7 people in the class in total: 4 vegetarians and 3 non-vegetarians. The chef asked everyone what they wanted to make during the shopping trip before deciding on the menu. It was a very friendly and enjoyable class! Everything was delicious, and the after-meal coffee selection (three options to choose from) was a delightful touch. The communication was excellent, and the hotel pick-up arrived well before the scheduled time, which was very reassuring.
Reviews: Hanoi Zen Villas-Traditional Massage-5 stars- Luxury Service-Buffet
Guest User2026-03-22
Zen villa traditional Vietnamese massage is really a 5 start business! We booked a 120mins session. Were skeptical before entering the villa. We tried Thai massage several times prior to this one. Some of them were high end ones in Bangkok. None of them is comparable to Zen Vietnamese massage. The setting was beautiful. The herbed water soaking and skin scrubbing service then sauna for 5 mins all gave us really fresh experience. Then followed a 90 mins massage. The therapists were highly skilled. The massage was soothing and with good strength. We felt relaxed and refreshed. All foot/muscle soreness from walking so many steps around Hanoi was gone. Money well spent. Highly recommend!
Reviews: Hair shampoo & Head Massage

The masseuse's skills were excellent, much better than my experience in Taiwan. I especially enjoyed the hot stone massage; overall, it was a very good experience. The only slightly awkward thing was that my seat was right by the door, and a small part of the curtain couldn't be drawn, so it was completely visible from the outside glass. They didn't seem to notice and just asked me to change. Also, during the hair washing process, the curtain in the cubicle wasn't drawn, so everyone could see in, which might make shy people uncomfortable. Finally, the front desk staff proactively asked if I wanted to tip. While the overall service was good and the experience was pleasant, the various points detracted from the experience and made me uncomfortable.
