Where do I begin as this was a must book adventure. Andrew our guide you are awesome! You made this experience 10x better! Puck-up at our hotel was on time and seamless. We had plenty of travel breaks to stretch and grab some snacks. If you never experienced desert scenery this may be the trip for you. Each stop on this trip showed a very unique environment from below to above sea level. Each stop allowed for great pics but honestly time to soak in the beauty of Death Valley. To top the day we experienced the stars in all their brilliance and great photo op by our guide! Don't miss out on this tour treat yourself a day away from the strip.★

Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.★

The driver contacted me between 9:30 and 10 PM the night before to confirm the pick-up time and location! Thumbs up!! The driver, a Naxi man, was incredibly enthusiastic and answered all my questions—so sweet! He had water, warm clothing, and one oxygen cylinder in the car, which was just enough since the boardwalk was closed! If you're going to go on the boardwalk, I recommend bringing two oxygen cylinders.
The weather wasn't great, though; I didn't see the sunrise over the mountains. Next time I'll definitely book with them again! ◍˃ᵕ˂◍★

This was an extremely satisfying chartered tour experience. First, the 15-seater Mercedes was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy, with powerful air conditioning, and they thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water – a huge plus. Second, everyone on the bus was extremely satisfied with our guide, Jack Guo. He was professional, humorous, and attentive, sharing a wealth of information about Australia – culture, economy, politics, tourism, and more – all based on his experience, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the country. Jack Guo also provided very practical tips and advice on avoiding common pitfalls. At attractions, he recommended the optimal routes and order of visits, saving us a lot of queuing time and allowing us to experience more. He was also very responsible in reminding us of tour times and meeting times; no one was late or let us down throughout the day – fantastic! I hope to book another tour with Jack Guo in Sydney and will definitely recommend him to my friends.
