Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!

The tour guide is very kind, provides lot of tips, shares experiences and always smiling. This tour is a lot cheaper from the other providers. So I recommend booking here in trip.com then one opportunity for improvement is for tour guides to wear name tags properly for easy identification.

Highly recommend this tour! Our 6 person group had a comfortable Mercedes Benz van and our English speaking driver/guide Howard was very friendly. The schedule was quite flexible and as we spent more time at one destination, we chose not to go to some other places which Howard was happy to accommodate. Overall wonderful experience and this tour made the whole day a lot easier to organise!


