We traveled on March 14th. Nha Trang - Da Nang route. First, we arrived at the train station, printed out tickets, and waited for the minibus. A girl announced our minibus to Da Nang, and we boarded. The ride was about 15 minutes to the transfer point. We transferred to a sleeper bus. We booked VIP 22. Everything matched the description. Unlimited water, the toilet and WiFi worked, and the door to the restroom didn't close. But it was clear someone had been there, because you can only enter in slippers. Towards the end of the trip, it smelled like a toilet. Since it's difficult to go to the restroom at speed due to the rocking. The reservation was for 8:30 PM. The minibus departed at 8:50 PM. The sleeper bus departed at 9:30 PM. We arrived at 7:45 AM. The whole journey was bumpy, the driver kept speeding up and braking, which was really annoying. There were also stops along the way to pick up packages. So basically it's fine. You can drive it.★

The service provider is professional and efficient They contacted me right after i made the booking. The whole process is very smooth. The queue at Immigration is incredibly long. We would have waited a few hours. With fast track, we cleared immigration in 30 mins. Highly recommended to get this service.★
