Provide your name to the restaurant upon arrival at your reserved time
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Infants and children must be included in the total passenger headcount. Please provide their exact age when placing a booking.
- Children of elementary school age or younger are required to book a set meal when entering the store. The price and meal contents apply to both adults and children.
- To expedite your reservation, please provide one or two alternative time slots if possible.
- Guests with dietary restrictions and/or food allergies should inform the restaurant beforehand. The restaurant might not be able to accommodate guests who make same-day requests.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse reservations to guests who have excessive dietary restrictions, particularly those of fish or vegetables.
- The course menu content listed below is an example, and is subject to change based on seasonal availability.
- The restaurant cannot always guarantee that it can provide guests with their preferred seating options after a reservation due to availability.
- The dress code is smart casual.
- Guests are asked to refrain from wearing perfume and cologne, and to avoid other strong fragrances (including laundry detergent). Guests who fail to comply may be refused entry.
- Guests running behind schedule are requested to inform the restaurant by telephone.
- Guests are firmly reminded that arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled reservation time will result in their reservations being cancelled at full cost.
- In the event of guests' late arrival, the restaurant may not serve all dishes in the requested course menu.
- When taking photographs, guests are requested to refrain from flash photography and excessive shutter noise.
