I booked a Yangmingshan & Beitou Tour for 2 adults and a 2-year-old toddler, and we were joined by 5 other adults. Our tour guide, Vanness Hsu, was fluent in English, very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, and encouraged interaction with and among the tourists. Our tour from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. was well maximized, and all the stops in our itinerary were covered without any compromises.
Overall, my family and I were very happy with Vanness’ service. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm personality, which made the entire experience stress-free, enjoyable, informative, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei, especially with family.
