I availed this tour with my mom. Our tour guide, Sir Richard, was accommodating and organized. Despite the limited time allocated per destination (which I anticipated already), we still had a great time. We got to visit some of Taipei’s most famous spots and try various local food and delicacies. In addition, the drop off location after the tour was at the Raohe Night Market. It’s like a bonus trip to the itinerary!★

Thank you to our guide, Jeff, for taking such good care of us throughout the trip. He was friendly, hospitable, and had a great sense of humor, making the journey fun and engaging. He also provided valuable information about the various attractions and offered helpful advice throughout the day.
I was the only Thai person in the group, but Jeff made an effort to take care of me and communicate effectively, explaining things in both Chinese and English so everyone could understand. I felt well-cared for and not left behind.
Unfortunately, it rained heavily all day, making sightseeing and taking photos inconvenient. Also, the schedule was quite limited, so we couldn't spend as much time at each location. However, Jeff managed the time well and offered helpful advice despite the unfavorable weather.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The guide was excellent, friendly, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking for a responsible and caring guide. 😊🇹🇼★

This day trip to Jiufen and Shifen Waterfalls in Taipei was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, James, was very experienced and managed the pace and time of the trip very well. The bus service was also excellent. Moreover, James speaks fluent English, Japanese, and Mandarin, and explained the itinerary very clearly. Although the weather was hot that day, we were still able to experience the most beautiful side of Jiufen and Shifen. I highly recommend this trip to tourists who do not have their own car.★
