Child: Age 2 to 11
Ages 1 and younger do not require a ticket.
How to use
Please show your e-ticket to the staff.
You have to come to the meeting point by yourself and check in your ticket 10 minutes before departure time.
A confirmation email with the time and meeting point details will be sent before your travel date. Please don't forget to check your email.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know before you go
- Child ticket age between 2-11 years
- Passengers can carry personal luggage on car and/or boat up to a maximum total permitted weight must not exceed 20 kilograms (twenty kilograms) per person
- If a passenger wishes to carry other luggage on car and/or boat more than the specified weight, Passengers must pay for the next piece of baggage at 200 baht each
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
