Very clean interior, the facilities are working fine, friendly receptionist and careful driver, the way from Hanoi to Sapa is just so perfect with G8. I have experienced HK bus lines from Sapa back to Hanoi, it was a nightmare for me, I felt like I'm going to die in the trip, so regretful of not choosing G8 on the return trip. Highly recommend this bus company to every travellers!

The representative contacted us in advance and helped us change the meeting location within a couple of hours. The bus was very comfortable! Everything was clean, and they provided a blanket, pillow, headphones, water, and a napkin.

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.
