We had a wonderful time on the Discover Nha Phu Bay: Full-Day Exploration of Orchid and Monkey Islands tour and it was a perfect holiday activity for our family (2 adults and 1 child).
From the moment we met at Long Phu Pier, everything was well organized and smooth. Transportation was comfortable, and the English-speaking guide was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making the experience enjoyable for both adults and children.
Orchid Island was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with stunning flowers and relaxing scenery. Monkey Island was definitely the highlight for our child — entertaining, lively, and full of fun interactions. It was exciting without feeling rushed, and safety was clearly a priority.
Lunch was included and pleasantly exceeded our expectations, offering tasty local dishes that everyone enjoyed. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing us to explore, take photos, and relax while still covering everything planned.★

Overall, I liked the tour. Booking it was difficult—the paperwork was a bit confusing. We had to specify the hotel name everywhere when booking. They pick you up from the hotel on two-seater mopeds and take you to various sights. I really liked the tour leader—he's as small as a monkey and active. He showed us everything, and most importantly, he jumped from seven meters into the water himself. It's best not to take small children to the waterfall. The food was delicious. You'll need to wear sneakers.★

The bike tour was excellent and allowed us to see places in Nha Trang we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We visited a hilltop French church, then rode into the countryside to see how traditional hay mats and Vietnamese hats are handmade. The tour continued with a rice field visit and a local rice paper producer, and ended at a giant Buddha statue and the Po Nagar Temple. Overall, we highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a unique experience in Nha Trang.★

Many of the boat trips involving waiting together are essentially just repackaging multiple smaller trips into different packages, so there's often a constant switching between them and no fixed guide. A lot of time was spent waiting idly; after a mud bath, I waited for the guide for about 40 minutes longer than the agreed-upon time. Overall, the rest was quite good, and considering the pay-as-you-go price and the experience, the value for money was decent.
