刘导游have been very patient with my elderly parents. He is friendly and provides some historical background of the place of interest. He givea very clear instructions on the meeting time and place. This is especially useful for elderly who need more time to walk and toilet break.★

Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road.
Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life.
That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.★

The guide Mr. Jong was very friendly and caring. He didn't say much about the places we visited, but each place says for itself. We were lucky with the weather though.
