I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before the trip and given clear instructions. Upon arrival, I was met with a sign and taken to a separate area, where passport control took no more than two minutes. Perfect service, considering the queues at Da Nang airport.★

We used this service upon arrival and decided to get it upon departure because we were traveling with our dog and wanted to avoid long lines with him. Upon departure, we cleared passport control in 5 minutes. The staff sent me all the information about the service, promptly met us after check-in, and escorted us to passport control.
