The ferry journey was very smooth. The boat is wide and large, ensuring stability and safety even in the face of huge waves. There weren't many people on board. Free watermelon and butter biscuits were provided. See the picture below for the view from the boat windows. There was also a counter for issuing boarding passes. Date: 2026/7/1.

The hotel's beach is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. I booked a front-row room with a sea view! Free shuttle service to and from the pier is provided upon check-in and check-out. After disembarking at Tonsai, just look for hotel staff; someone will meet you. The boat departs every hour on the hour for check-out. Breakfast is decent. There are even kittens in the hotel.

Trip is always a lifesaver. I was wondering how to get to the pier, but they picked me up right from my hotel. 🤗 I love Trip and recommend it to everyone. The trip itself went smoothly, and we transferred from ferry to ferry without any fuss. They had everything sorted out; during the flight, a representative asked everyone where to go to which hotel upon arrival. I didn't need to, so I can't say how much it would cost. It's a shame the app doesn't let me buy a return ticket. 😟

Honestly, I contacted them more than 48 hours before departure and paid online. I gave them all my information and flight details through the app, and I kept in touch with them on WhatsApp. They directed me to Gate 2, and I waited for more than 20 minutes. They wanted me to go upstairs, but I insisted they come to me at a location we hadn't agreed upon. That's why it might have been even more delayed. But honestly, airport taxis or Bolt are cheaper and faster… I don't want to say the driver was being difficult, demanding 300 baht, but I had already paid more than 100 riyals inclusive of everything. If they wanted an extra 300 baht, I would have paid it immediately. Luckily, I didn't have cash. I told him, "Okay, I'll pay by card. I'll withdraw the money from this ATM right here." Otherwise, I would have given it to him and been done with it because he contacted the company and sent me a link asking me to pay a different amount, as if I were making a new booking. I won't bore you with the details, but the truth is what happened. I didn't lie or make things up, and I gave them an excellent rating, so you should be careful.
