Choosing a Chinese-speaking guide/driver was excellent. The guide's explanations of Penang and Malaysian culture were superb, helping my family better understand Malaysia's scenery, culture, and geography. They were also familiar with the roads and terrain, the time was well-planned, and the recommended lunch was satisfying. They even helped take group photos. Highly recommend this chartered tour! We finished our itinerary around 3 PM, and afterwards they took us to sample famous local delicacies and drinks. We also had time to experience the local ferry service and discovered that it was very convenient to easily pull our luggage to the ferry terminal and transfer to the train – super convenient! The train station is right above the ferry terminal, so we didn't need to hire a car to cross the bridge to Butterworth.
