I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.★

It was absolutely fantastic to see a craftsman demonstrate his talent for creating blown glass pieces in such a short time – truly breathtaking! And the villages of Murano and Burano are incredibly charming! I highly recommend this activity, and the transportation was excellent!★

We initially only wanted skip-the-line tickets without a guide. I don't understand why we ended up with a guide. We were taken to a shop to use a pointless virtual reality headset—just a mask with sound that didn't work. We went back to the basilica with the guide, and I collected our tickets so we could continue on our own and take our time without any constraints. She was very nice and accommodating.★

Great tour. Our tour guide was great, answered all our questions, and gave us lots of information about the two places. We were able to do a lot with the tour in a limited amount of time. Definitely recommend the tour.★

Rita was a great guide ! Great knowledge and enjoyable to listen too for 2 hours as we moved our way around the Palace and basilica ! Wish the tour company would make it clear you don’t get to see all of the basilica but maybe I didn’t see another option that included it . Rita was very good and had a lot of fun with her ! Thanks for a great tour
