Our Vietnam eVisa Service Packages:

1. Urgent eVisa – Ready in 1 Hour (+ 30 minutes eVisa application time)

Submit information before 10:00 AM (morning) or before 4:00 PM (afternoon).

Receive the result within 1.5 to 2 hours on the same day.

2. Urgent eVisa – Ready in 2 Hours (+ 30 minutes eVisa application time)

Submit information before 9:30 AM (morning) or before 3:30 PM (afternoon).

Receive results within 2.5 to 3 hours on the same day.

3. Urgent eVisa – Ready in 4 Hours

Submit information before 8:30 AM to receive the result by 12:00–13:00 or before 2:10 PM to receive the result by 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Example: Submit at 7:00 AM, Receive between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM

Submissions after 8:00 AM will be processed in the afternoon. Results will be delivered between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM

4. Urgent eVisa (1–7 Days) – Processing Time Excludes Submission Day

Example: For a 1-day service, submit your documents on the 10th. Receive your eVisa between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the 11th

Processing Time Notes:

For 1-, 2-, and 4-hour packages, allow an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour for us to complete submission to the government system

Processing is only carried out during official business hours:

+Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

+Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

eVisa applications cannot be processed between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Vietnam Time) as this period is the government's lunch break. During this time, no eVisa approvals are issued.

No processing on Saturdays, Sundays, or Vietnam's national public holidays

All times are based on Vietnam time (GMT+7)

(This service is only available for application numbers submitted before 22:00 local time on the

previous night in Vietnam). All times are in Vietnam time.

Note: If customers have flights early in the morning before 8:00 local time in Vietnam, we cannot process it

because the Vietnam Immigration Department started working at that time.

- If customers place orders on Saturday or Sunday, the processing date will be postponed to Monday.

• The processing time for the E-visa will be calculated from the moment we receive all the necessary information for the E-visa procedure. Please provide the information as soon as possible so that you

can receive the E-visa at your desired time.

• In the case that the visa application is unsuccessful, the customer will be refunded the fee. (There

There will be no refunds if the customer has previously violated the law in Vietnam, if the background check is unclear, or if the immigration department refuses to process the application. Therefore, please provide clear information when applying for an E-visa.)

The service will not provide refunds for customers who are in the process of applying for an E-visa.
