This trip to Chengdu was absolutely perfect! The panda base boasts a tranquil environment surrounded by bamboo forests. The pandas are incredibly adorable, munching on bamboo, rolling around, and climbing trees – all so cute! The panda cubs in the Moon Nursery are especially heartwarming, and the smooth route is incredibly therapeutic. It's a must-visit gem in Chengdu. The Leshan Giant Buddha, the world's largest, is absolutely awe-inspiring. Nestled against the mountain and overlooking the river, its magnificent presence allows you to truly appreciate the wisdom and craftsmanship of the ancients. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu again, I will definitely use driver Xiao Cui again. [Roses][Roses][Roses][Roses] Now, let's talk about the tour guide. The guide's explanations were professional and vivid, leaving a deep impression. The guide was very familiar with the historical background, engineering structure, and cultural value of Dujiangyan. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience. Don't take the luxury bus. Take this. It's more spacious than you think and it's good value for money. The day before, when I took a nanny bus (a different product from the same company) from Hwangryong-gu-chae Station to Jiuzhaigou, I took a spacious (?!?!) 5-8-seater bus, but there were 4 passengers and the driver, and an SUV with 2-3 rows came. (Do you know how cramped it is when 3 people ride in the back seat of an SUV...) Why! I don't know why I paid more money and took something worse than a bus. The boarding area in the Moonbay parking lot is where the sign says. There's nowhere to buy drinks around here, so prepare in advance and come to the parking lot. I recommend this bus.

The organization was impeccable, with a perfectly paced itinerary that comfortably covered all advertised sites at both Qingcheng Mountain (青城山) and the Dujiangyan (都江堰), beginning with a perfectly timely hotel pickup. The guide system was particularly effective; we had a dedicated English-speaking guide whose passion and deep knowledge brought the history of the region to life. She didn't just show us ancient sites - she connected the ingenious principles of the 2,000-year-old irrigation system directly to its vital role in Sichuan today, which was fascinating. A crucial piece of advice: ensure you have WeChat installed. Our guide used a chat to align the hotel pickup and share route details. An absolutely first-class, educational, and enjoyable day.
