Everything was very convenient and simple. After visiting Victoria Peak, we took the Peak Tram down the mountain and walked to Hong Kong Sheung Wan Pier. We used the app to purchase tickets for the overnight TurboJet ferry to Macau Pier, from where we walked to our hotel. We bought tickets for 11:00 PM but left early, at 9:30 PM. We didn't print anything; boarding was via QR code.★

Redeeming ferry tickets is easy and simple Trip.com Buying ferry tickets to Macau is very convenient, the interface is very user-friendly.
The ticket booking process was quick and there was no such thing as traffic jams.
The price is quite cheap, sometimes even some discounts.
The confirmation email you received before departure was very clear, just go to the pier and exchange your tickets directly.
Overall, the boat ticket buying experience with Trip.com was pretty good and will use again next time.★

Smooth and fast way to get to Zhuhai. Thursday 1:50pm from HK. Gate didn’t open until about 45 minutes before departure, there was no place to sit before. Just needed to show eticket QR code. Very short lines leaving HK side and entering Zhuhai side, at least for foreigners. Ferry seats about three-quarters filled. 70 min ride. Pretty warm and stuffy until 15-20 minutes before arrival when air con was turned on. No charging ports. WiFi was not free!
