The eSIM worked perfectly throughout our trip. The connection was reliable, and it was great that apps and services such as TikTok and ChatGPT worked without any problems. Easy to activate, just scan the qr code and turn on the line. You can do it at your *************then turn on the line once you arrive at the airport. The connection was fast and I am able to use google maps, translator, youtube and facebook. I was able to use it for hotspot with one of my family. I use it for my 4 days stay in Hong Kong.

There were a few issues during the installation process in Taiwan, but customer service provided very detailed assistance. It turned out the old e-card needed to be deleted before installation! I'll test the signal again at my travel destination! However, in March of this year, it worked very smoothly in Shanghai and Suzhou, and I could easily add more data if I ran out, without worrying about buying too much or running out. Overall, it's a very good service provider.
