Very convenient; scanning the QR code to enter the park quickly allowed entry. The timetable was displayed on the screens. The mini-train offered close-up views of the animals, while the cable car provided panoramic views. Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff were also very patient and answered all questions. Water was available at the dining area. A great experience and definitely worth the trip.★

We enjoyed the trip. We're glad we had the transfer. The driver was very polite and the car was comfortable. We also liked the park; everything was very well thought out. We arrived in the morning and had time to explore all the locations comfortably, without the crowds. I recommend it; we loved it.
