Our 1-day tour from Taipei to Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen was super worth it! Everything was well-organized, and the shared transfer made it very convenient.
We started at Yehliu Geopark, where the rock formations were unique and perfect for photos. Next was Shifen Waterfall, which was stunning and peaceful, followed by Shifen Old Street where releasing sky lanterns was such a fun and mememorable experience.
The highlight was ending the day at Jiufen Old Street. The lantern-lit streets, cool weather, and mountain views made it feel magical—perfect way to end the trip! Food options were also great.
It’s a packed itinerary, but still enjoyable and sulit. Highly recommended for first-time visitors who want a hassle-free way to explore Northern Taiwan.
Tip: Wear comfy shoes and bring water!★

I participated in a tour exclusively for Japanese tourists. Although there were some empty seats, the tour guide provided excellent and courteous service. The timing and location of our stops were precise. The timing was just right, and I would like to use this tour again if I have the opportunity.★

Visiting so many attractions in one day was super rushed! The good thing is that the bus takes you to each attraction, making it perfect for solo travelers or groups of friends. It might be a bit rushed for families. Our guide, Libby, was amazing! She shared lots of tips and introduced the attractions, helping us learn more about Taiwan. If it rains, you might not be able to stop for photos at the Yin-Yang Sea. It rained all day when I went, so definitely bring a raincoat, or you'll have to buy one in Yehliu! I don't recommend buying an umbrella; Jiufen is super crowded, so it's best to travel light.
This one-day tour is quite good value!★

This tour was delayed by an hour and a half due to an accident on the day of the tour. The replacement driver was friendly and gave a pleasant explanation. I was worried about the rain, but the photos turned out even better, which was satisfying. I was also delighted that the lantern-flying scene at Shifen was so well captured. Jiufen was also even more charming and beautiful in the rain.★
