Highly recommended for anyone planning a day trip to the Yarra Valley. Matthew, our guide, was energetic and attentive. He did his best to take care of everyone. We were the only ones on the trip who wanted to have lunch in Chandon. Justin offered to take me there and picked me up on time. The trip was excellent value for money, including visits to two wineries, a gin distillery, a chocolate factory, and a lunch spot of your choice. The group size of about 20 people provided good diversity. Communication and arrangements were excellent throughout the trip, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for the trip; I had a wonderful time in the Yarra Valley!

Everything went smoothly with the initial booking and inquiries. However, to my utter surprise, the day before departure, we discovered they had forgotten to book our pickup service… The reconfirmation process was incredibly slow… so slow and frustrating that I couldn't wait any longer, I frantically called, emailed, and texted the hot air balloon company. Only after I had personally confirmed everything did they tell me they would resend me an email with the new information… (By this time, I already knew from emails, calls, and texts that the hot air balloon company had already made the necessary arrangements… I was speechless).
