The experience was excellent. Our driver-guide proactively pointed out famous landmarks as we passed by. Upon arrival at each site, he provided explanations and explained important information. His driving was smooth, and he was very punctual in picking us up. The only slight regret was that we only saw a small portion of Mount Fuji due to the weather. I'll definitely hire Ah Liang again next time I'm in Japan.★

This day trip to Mount Fuji was fantastic! The tour guide was incredibly professional, patient and attentive throughout, helping everyone find the best photo spots. The itinerary was well-planned, not rushed or tiring. We took the ropeway to the summit for panoramic views, rode the miniature train around Lake Kawaguchi, and even fed the swans. The snow-capped summit of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!★

Taking advantage of my free time, I joined a day trip to the Fuji Mt. Outlet Mall, and our tour guide, Anna Hayashida, was absolutely amazing! Her explanations were incredibly detailed, and she had a thorough understanding of the attractions and shopping information. The driver I had on this trip to Mount Fuji was incredibly responsible. He arranged the sightseeing well, and we even got to see the fireworks display in the evening. He drove steadily and safely throughout the trip, and was very helpful in reminding us of important things to note. The journey was peaceful and comfortable; he was super reliable and made the trip very worry-free.
