We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

Excellent tour! Stunning views in Ha Long Bay. The participant pick-up was quick and well organized. The guide was very friendly and attentive, explained and showed everything clearly, with a great sense of humor. It was really interesting — highly recommended! Special thanks to the bus driver as well: smooth driving, you truly feel safe on the road.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

The experience was truly memorable. Our room was pleasant and providing a restful night with more than enough amenities to cover our needs. The dining was a highlight as well. The meals provided were more than enough with a fantastic variety of choices to suit every palate.
