I arrived at Kansai Terminal 2 at 10:00 AM, and by the time I went through immigration, it was almost 11:00 AM. I took the shuttle bus to Terminal 1.
I found the Rapit ticket gate and went in. I had about 20 minutes left, so I bought a bottle of water from a vending machine and boarded the 11:35 AM departure.
It was nice that there were announcements in Korean. It said all seats were sold out, and I got to Osaka Namba comfortably and quickly.★

very easy to redeem and print the tickets at kansai airport. Directly scan the qr code then the ticket will be immediately printed out. Just pass the ticket to the driver then enjoy the ride.★

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.
