The driver drove smoothly and on time. The tour guide was professional and responsive. When we mentioned wanting to eat Kobe beef, he found us a fantastic restaurant. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed the meal! Arima Onsen was crowded with tourists, and he proactively helped us buy tickets and communicate with the tour operators – very nice! The night view of Mount Rokko is known as the "million-dollar night view." The entire trip was leisurely and well-planned.★

Curtis and our bus driver were amazing—so friendly, polite, and patient. The entire tour felt well‑guided, and Curtis added so much value by sharing the history of different areas and helping us capture great family photos at key spots. It really made the experience memorable.
I do wish we had a bit more time at the Cup Noodles Museum and shopping at Mosaic, but I understand that a one‑day tour has to fit in a lot. My family and I would love to return to Kobe for a longer stay someday to experience even more of what the city has to offer.★

Henry's service was superb, warm and attentive. Nick was also great, introducing the different aspects of each attraction to the group members along the way. He was especially helpful at Arima Onsen, sharing his insights with us throughout the trip, making us feel right at home! Henry's professionalism was excellent; it's rare to find such a responsible and enthusiastic tour guide these days, which is truly commendable. The Taiwanese group members also traveled with us and shared their experiences, making the entire trip enjoyable and worthwhile.★

The itinerary was well-planned, highlighting the best of the classic attractions. It's a relatively off-the-beaten-path route for mainland tourists. Himeji Castle is highly recommended and definitely worth a visit. The journey is quite long, so having a car made things much easier. The driver was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. He arrived at the departure point early to wait for us. There were seven of us in total, and the driver explained everything to us. There was no hard selling or shopping throughout the trip. I would definitely join a small group tour like this again next time; it saves us time and allows us to visit more attractions.
