It was a very professional tour group, and we were the only group with Chinese-speaking staff. They even assigned us a Chinese-speaking tour guide. Our guide, Ping, was very professional, provided detailed explanations of the sights, and was incredibly warm and attentive. Thank you, Ping!

once it was bought there seemed to be a delay on seeing the tickets in the app. I worked out to go through the original confirmation and could download the A4 page that had all the details on. I then folded it up in a way it was credit card size and really easy to show conductors or use on automatic sensors. for a train ticket, log into SBB app, make sure you have half fare selected for you and any other connected passengers, but the ticket (discount is applied automatically). when you see a conductor, they scan your phone QR code and your piece of paper. you can't add this ticket into the SBB app as it's bought via a third party, but when I calculated the conversion it was cheaper here for me personally.
