I use a different app to book my bus but because we were so busy we ended up forgetting to book the bus to Hanoi. I panic a little and tried in Trip.com. Turns out there were so much more option in this app. The bus picked us up from the central station and the sleeper cabin was comfortable.★

An ideal way to get from Hoi An Ancient Town to Hanoi's Old Quarter. Very convenient, spacious and comfortable sleeper bus with free Wi-Fi, a bottle of water, wet wipes, and curtains for privacy. Stops along the way for dinner. A pretty good transportation bus.★

We were a group of seven women. We tried booking a car through this platform. The price was a bit higher, but acceptable. The car was excellent, large, with a Type-C to C charger and adjustable seats. However, the driver who was with us for two days was extremely irritable and drove erratically many times. I understand that this might be typical of local drivers, but I still can't get used to it.★
